Andrew Clark
Founder of Ultimate Stays, since 2018, Andrew has been working in the property industry and has expertise in all areas including new builds, house of multiple occupation, buy to lets, serviced accommodation, buy to sell, and commercial property.
Lloyd Pentney
With over 18 years of experience in the property industry, he has successfully built four houses and seven apartments. Lloyd joins Ultimate Stays from his own successful property business.
Kadir Zurel
Kadir has a 1st BSc (Hons) in Banking & Finance, MSc with Distinction in Management & Consultancy. Kadir Joins Ultimate Stays from his own property business, overseeing property developments, ensuring investment projects run seamlessly and deliver exceptional returns.
Hannah Wilson
Hannah is our project manager who brings a unique perspective and valuable skills set to our team, supervising our property investment projects with dedication and professionalism, working part time within Ultimate Stays alongside her other business interests
